ATOS, making use of its proven experience in edge to cloud integration, is leading the ICOS project. Moreover, ATOS is involved in the project innovation development contributing to WP2 and WP3, also in UC3 and to the dissemination and exploitation activities.

CeADAR as the National Digital Innovation Hub in AI in Ireland, brings its expertise in AI as leader of WP4, specially in the design and implementation of the ICOS Intelligent Layer.

FBA will be in charge of the ICOS open calls, by setting an on-line platform for its management, along with the related processes to the Open Call.

NCSRD contributes to activities focusing on the ICOS architecture design, the testbed infrastructure development and the security layer deployment over the cloud continuum.

PSNC is a leading Polish e-Infrastructure provider and cybersecurity center, contributing to data and intelligence related tasks in ICOS. Moreover, it will also assist L-PIMR in its use case deployment.

SSEA is Ireland’s largest provider of 100% green energy and will investigate the energy use case for ICOS in smart homes with controllable energy devices.

TUBS will lead dissemination, exploitation and communities engagement activities, as well as the design and implementation of ICOS Shell components and will contribute to the architectural design.

XLAB RAZVOJ PROGRAMSKE OPREME IN SVETOVANJE DOO

XLAB’s responsibilities are mainly technical: development and integration of the Security Layer towards the complete ICOS platform; gathering AI, data management and security requirements.

BSC contributes to ICOS with expertise in programming models, distributed execution and data management, leading efforts in the Runtime Manager, the Data Management and the ICOS Suites.

Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source solutions. Red Hat’s role is to enforce the standardization and design of ICOS’s functional components into the open-source ecosystem, particularly focusing on the development of the distributed meta-kernel layer module.

The research center of FIAT (CRF), with a large experience in EU funded projects, will define the automotive use case implementing a connected vehicle demonstrator to proof the benefits of ICOS.
